Because MDI has excellent symmetry and two benzene rings in molecular structure, MDI products can endow products with better comprehensive physical properties. At the same time, because of chemical reaction factors, the product characteristics are also different from TDI.
Because of the high resilience and flexibility, MDI series products are much better than TDI series products in the application effect of sieve plate. The improvement of elasticity is helpful to improve the impact wear resistance and self-cleaning effect of products.
Because of the change of chain extender system, from amine chain extension of moca to alcohol chain extension of BDO, MDI products are much better than TDI products in aging resistance and color stability. (The color of the product is more uniform and consistent, and the color change of the product will not occur in a short time)
Environmental protection
The vapor pressure of MDI is much lower than that of TDI, and it has aromatic odor and little toxicity in the production process, so MDI is a new material that meets the needs of environmental protection
