Characteristics of MDI raw materials

1. Under conventional hardness, TDI and MDI products have no great difference in strength index, but will have obvious improvement in elasticity and wear resistance.

MDI products will have better wear life and softer hand feeling.

2.Fast reaction rate

With high NCO content and catalyst intervention, the reaction rate of MDI feedstock is 1-2 times faster than that of TDI series feedstock.

3.Environmental protection

The vapor pressure of MDI is much lower than that of TDI, and it has aromatic odor and little toxicity in the production process, so MDI is a new material that meets the needs of environmental protection

4.Low application temperature of materials
